Welcome to Silver Palm View at the Windsor Palms Resort, Florida
This particular second floor rental home was just recently renovated to suit the needs of a medium sized group. The living room is a cozy spot with a full couch, love seat and chair. Included in this rental home there are two Plasma HD TV`s, one in the lounge and one in the Master bedroom, a DVD and a CD player. There is also High Speed Wi-Fi internet access and free local telephone calls.
There is a full kitchen, which includes fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Our main selling point with comparison to hotel or motel vacationing is the full kitchen aspect of our Florida vacation rentals. If you are staying in a hotel or motel, you could end up spending thousands of dollars on meals alone. We advise our guests that once you have arrived at your Florida vacation rental and are settled in. Head over to one of the nearby groceries and stock up on some essentials. Obviously if you’re on vacation you don’t want to have to cook all of the time, but you can save a lot of money if you budget your meals properly.
Sleeping quarters here at our Windsor Palm Resort rental are private and elegant. There is room for 6 guests, with two master rooms, and a room for the kids with two single beds. The first master bedroom has a King bed, the second Master a queen size bed, and all the comforts of home.
This particular condo also has two full size bathrooms. Dining area is conveniently located off the kitchen and adjacent to the living room.
This home complies with all hygiene and safety regulations required by the State of Florida. This home has been inspected and licensed by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), Division of Hotels and Restaurants.

When renting this condo you and your party have free access to all the great amenities that the Windsor Palms Resort has to offer such as a 24 hour manned security gate house and unrivalled resort facilities. This was our 2nd time staying here. We again found it to be a great choice and would happily stay there again. It is a perfect location facing the back lawn so it's quieter.
We do think the master bedroom mattress needs replacing but that's easily remedied. It's bright, clean, well equipped, and a very good choice for your visit.

We chose this location due the reviews about how clean the place was. We weren't disappointed. We didn't need the extra bedroom but the care in the write up and the reviews sold us. We are glad we did. This was our first experience with a condo. We have decided this is the only way we will go in the future. We had everything we needed and then some. We got a little bag of starters; dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, a sponge and trash bags. The dish soap and dishwasher tabs lasted us the 18 days (we mostly hand washed). We did need to buy more trash bags and laundry soap. We packed light so we knew we'd need to do laundry. I do wish they provided coffee filters, not that they are expensive but it's something you do need. We left our package their hopefully for the next guests as you need to buy a lot and I'd hate to waste them. I liked that they had night lights as well. I always travel with one but it's especially nice to have them throughout. There was two types of strollers (we didn't use), two different size of coolers, which we did use the small one. It was very handy to have the coolers. There is a safe. They were lacking in clothes hangers. Where we were only 3 we didn't have enough to hang all of our clothes so I couldn't imagine having enough with more people. The beds were comfortable, no complaints with the mattresses. Would like to have more options for pillows. We took the pillows off the two twin beds and we found the pillows flat. We'd be out of options if we have more people staying with us. Love that there were ceiling fans in each room. We didn't adjust the air conditioning as it says not to but we didn't find it too hot or cold at any point. There were plenty of bath towels, beach towels and face clothes. Seems to me they could have a few more dish washing cloths. Having the capabilities of cooking breakfast to go and freezing water was awesome. We were super close to restaurants, Walmart, and Dunkin Donuts and many more. The location was great and it was a quiet community. We were literally minutes from Disney. The pool was very nice and they have a little splash pad area along with a hot tub. Plenty of lounge chairs. As I said no more hotel staying for us ever again. We would even choose this condo again. The little things really are little and did not impact our trip. The owners could definitely make a couple of little changes to make it that much better.

This condo was very nice. It was bright and colorful and nicely decorated. The unit was equipped with everything you need. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Unit faces the yard so it's a nicer view and quieter than facing the parking lot. Management company was very efficient in the reservation and payment process. Everything went very smoothly. This is a great choice if looking for a place to stay in the area.

Terrific property and management company. Condo had everything you could need for a comfortable stay at Windsor Palms, which is also a great resort. Management company was very responsive to a small issue we had upon arrival and took care of everything quickly.
