This is a lovely, clean property with a good floor plan. The king suite and queen suite are perfect for when people visit. The view is nice and the resort pool is fantastic. The location is convenient, especially to Disney.

Beautiful Condo ,Nice Gated Community, Resort Like Pool, With Huge Slide! Activities With Kids ! Close To Disney Parks! And Old Town, One Of A Kind, With Lots Of Rides For Kids! This Is Our Third Stay !

Lovely home. We were a party of 4 and there was plenty of space. The home is within a 2 minute walk to all resort facilities which makes them user friendly. Old town and local restaurants are reachable easily by foot, approximately 7/8 minute walk away if you prefer not to use a car and enjoy refreshments. Would use again in the future and recommend to others.

Second year staying at Regal Oaks. Loved this property. Great location. Close to the pool. Lovely inside with everything you would need. walking distance to Old Town and short distance to Disney. Did not use the restaurant or bar but it is beautiful. Will be back.

A very good property. Very well situated just behind Kissimmee Old Town. the new facilities including a pool area, bar & restaurant were excellent.

We loved this house - it was perfect for our Disney trip! The home was clean and everything looked new! We loved the open concept living area and two master bedrooms upstairs and the washer and dryer! The pond out back was very pretty and our daughter loved seeing all the birds. It looks like the new pool area will be amazing when its finished! The best thing about this house is the location! We walked to a two of the many, many restaurants close by and the house is off of 192 so its a short, easy drive to Disney! We highly recommend Regal Oaks!
