Welcome to Tranquility Palms, your private and luxurious 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Pool Home just 3 miles from Disney World. This spacious 1856 square foot furnished, and tastefully decorated vacation home includes 2 Master Bedrooms with En-suite Bathrooms. One has a king bed, the other a queen bed. The third bedroom has a two twin beds while the fourth bedroom has a twin bunk. All bedrooms have a television.

The living room includes a 50” flat screen television with plenty of seat for the whole family. The fully equipped kitchen has all that you’ll need with wonderful granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances.

There is also a games room for your leisure time at the house which includes a pop-a-shot, a video games station, and air hockey tables. Walk out the sliding doors to a large furnished deck to enjoy the built-in swimming pool or simply to enjoy the outdoors. The entire deck is screen enclosed complete with chaise-loungers and a dining table; a perfect spot to enjoy the Florida sun to relax and let the stress of everyday life fade away. There is something for the whole family at this home.

Staying in this villa puts you so close to the Disney parks that you could return for lunch and refresh with a swim or nap before returning to the parks for more fun. You are also located about an hour and quarter drive to either coast which gives you access to other attractions such as Busch Gardens, Cape Canaveral and beaches.

Wherever possible we will work with you to accommodate more flexible check-in/out times; however, we need at least 24-hour adavanced notice to be able to ensure that it is availble.

All bedding and linen are provided. Each home has laundry facilities with washer and dryer.

This Villa is a private home for short-term rental and not a concierge service. The home is considered Self-Catering. All bedding and linens are provided as well as the basics to get you started on a great vacation. You will need to provide food, condiments, toiletries and cleaning supplies you may require during stay. Each home is equipped with a washer and dryer for your use.

Cleaning fee applies on all stays. Mid-stay cleaning services are available at an extra charge.

**Pool heating is available for an extra charge**.

Please note: the parking of RV's is prohibited in the resort. Also there are no PETS allowed in this home.
