Welcome to Tranquility Palms, your private and luxurious 4-bedroom, 3-bath pool home with no rear neighbors and only 2.5 miles from Disney World. From the moment you enter this tastefully decorated vacation home, you will feel welcomed at your home away from home. This newly remodeled home features new ceramic tile and vinyl plank flooring, granite counters and stainless appliances. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV, DVD player, new mattresses, and bedding.

There is a Master bedroom with ensuite bath, a Guest bedroom with ensuite bath, a guest bedroom with two twin beds, and a guest bedroom with twin bunk beds. Living room includes a 50” flat screen TV with plenty of seating for all. The fully equipped kitchen has all you will need with a breakfast bar and dining table for your family. The home comes with free wireless internet, cable TV, and free phone service within the Continental US/Canada.

After a day at the park, you, your friends, and family will want to relax in our newly resurfaced pool with no rear neighbors and optional heat, per your request at $35.00 per day. The entire deck is screen enclosed, complete with chaise-loungers and a dining table. Beach towels are provided. Take advantage of the privacy in the lanai and eat at the new patio table with seating for 6. This is a perfect spot to enjoy the Florida sun to relax and let the stress of everyday life fade away.

There is also a game room for your leisure time at the house which includes a basketball pop-a-shot, Pacman arcade game, air hockey table, Wii game system, 50” tv and board games for the family. The games room has a separate AC system to ensure your enjoyment.

This villa is so close to the Disney parks that you could return for lunch and refresh with a swim or nap before returning to the parks for more fun. All other major parks, shopping, attractions, and the airport are nearby. You are also located about an hour and a quarter drive to either coast which gives you access to other attractions such as Busch Gardens, Cape Canaveral and the beautiful Florida beaches and coastlines.

The clubhouse in this gated community offers a pool table, ping pong, a 58-seat private cinema, free Wi-Fi, fully equipped exercise room, and newly remodeled Sundry shop with Tiki Bar. There are also tennis courts, beach volleyball and basketball courts just steps away from our Villa.

Whether you are in Florida for the attractions or simply to relax, this is the perfect location. The home is furnished to a high standard with your every comfort in mind. The villa is professionally maintained throughout and you have access to 24/7 assistance from us as your local Management Company.

Please note the parking of RV’s or trailers is prohibited in the resort. Also, there is no smoking or Vaping (owner has severe asthma) and there are no Pets allowed in this home.

This home complies with all hygiene and safety regulations required by the State of Florida. This home has been inspected and licensed by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), Division of Hotels and Restaurants.

Wherever possible we will work with you to accommodate more flexible check-in/out times; however, we need at least 24-hours advanced notice to be able to ensure that it is available. Due to potential scheduling conflicts, we cannot guarantee the home will be available.

All bedding and linens are provided.

Each home has laundry facilities with washer and dryer.

This home is equipped with a doorbell camera that is active.

HOME MAINTENANCE:
We prioritize your well-being by ensuring a pest-free environment through regular treatments by a licensed pest control company. Additionally, the pool/spa is meticulously maintained by a licensed pool technician on a weekly basis, guaranteeing a pristine oasis for relaxation and recreation.

This Villa is a private home for short term rental and not a concierge service. This home is considered Self catering. All bedding and linens are provided as well the basics to get you started on a great vacation. You will need to provide food, condiments, toiletries, and any cleaning supplies you may require during your stay. Each home is equipped with a washer and dryer for your use.

** Cleaning fee applies for all stays. Mid-stay cleaning services are available at an extra charge. Pool heating is available for an extra $35 per night plus tax. **

Damage and Incidentals: You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during the stay.
