Welcome to Mickey’s Clubhouse; this luxurious 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom, 2,297 sq. ft. rental home is located near the theme parks in Orlando, Florida. This rental home has private south facing Pool/Spa along with a Game Room. This vacation rental home has all the comforts of home and more. The kitchen is fully furnished and ideal for those times when it makes sense to dine in, with plenty of seating for everyone to dine together. When it's time to relax, there is plenty of room to lounge and watch movies or just gather to share the stories of the day. The benefits of having your own private bedroom is sure to please all while having multiple bathrooms will ensure that all can get ready for the day at their own pace. The pool which faces South is sure to provide hours of entertainment as there is no better place to enjoy fun-in-the-sun than Orlando. There is also a washer and dryer and FREE wireless high-speed internet for your convenience.

*These times are strictly enforced. Wherever possible we will work with you to accommodate more flexible check-in/out times. Please contact at least 48 hours prior to arrival/departure if you'd like to extend these times, so that we can accurately schedule around different times.

This Villa is a private home for short term rental and not a concierge service. The home is considered Self-Catering. All bedding and linens are provided as well as the basics to get you started on a great vacation. You will need to provide food, condiments, toiletries and cleaning supplies you may require during stay. Each home is equipped with a washer and dryer for your use.

Cleaning fee applies for stays of less than 7 nights. Mid-stay cleaning services are available at an extra charge. Pool heating is available for an extra $35 per night plus tax and must be requested and paid for no later than 7 days before your arrival**.

**Pool heaters have electrical/mechanical components. These components can sometimes malfunction. Mid-Florida Home Management, its Vendors, and the Homeowner cannot be held responsible for any malfunctioning heater or failure of a heater to maintain set temperature during periods of inclement weather. Please inform us as soon as possible if your pool/spa appears to be not working properly. No compensation will be given for a malfunctioning heater. Mid-Florida Home Management will do everything in it power to rectify any problems with malfunctioning equipment as quickly as possible.

Located in Windsor Hills which is a 5-star, gated community catering to your every desire! It is the closest 5-star resort to Disney. The amenities in this resort offers tons of activities for the whole family. The clubhouse includes an Olympic sized lagoon pool, spiral water slides, hot tub, fitness center, games room, 40 seat cinema/theater (you can choose the movie), arcade, billards, tennis, basketball courts, and volleyball courts, and even a convenience store which sells wine, beer and hot food. Within the resort there is also 'The Fort' - an adventure playground for the children. All
this is only a short walk from your door. If you would like to get in some exercise on your vacation, take advantage of the state of the art fitness center. The use of all resort amenities are included with your rental at no additional charge!

All visitors must be pre-registered into DwellingLIVE. In order to enter Windsor Hills: All drivers MUST have a VALID driver’s license or a military ID (with proof of insurance on the vehicle). State IDs, voter’s card, passports, and/or a bank issued card will NOT be accepted as a driver’s license. International driver’s licenses are acceptable if current. Uber/Lyft/Taxi drivers must have a valid Windsor Hills address and a driver’s license. Pin dots are not valid addresses. All vehicles and trailers MUST have license plates and tags. The vehicle registration MUST be up-to date. Guests MUST comply with entry procedures –their driver’s license will be read into DwellingLIVE so that a parking pass can be issued. Guests must have their reservation paperwork with the property address ready for review. This can be on a smartphone but NOT in text message format. Only ONE vehicle is allowed through the gate at a time. Check in through the LEFT lane at the Front Guard House. Homeowners MUST NOT share their owner access card with their guests. If shared, they will be confiscated. Registered Guests MUST NOT share their parking passes with their guests. If shared, they will be given daily passes. Parking rules: There is a THREE CARMAXIMUM per Windsor Hills property address –exceptions MUST be: Approved by the General Manager PRIOR to arrival and ENTERED INTO DWELLINGLIVE prior to arrival. THREE vehicles are allowed to be parked in the driveway provided: Parked vehicles DO NOT block sidewalks. Parked vehicles DO NOT park on the streets or on the grass. Registered guests CANNOT share parking passes with unregistered guests. If guests cannot comply with the community access rules they will not be allowed on property. Vehicles can/will be towed at the vehicle’s owner’s expense. If the issue escalates, guests can be trespassed by the Osceola Sheriff’s Department and the property manager/owner will be notified.
