With an open floor plan, this home features a large living area with plenty of seating on the very comfortable leather furniture and is a great place to gather together and watch a favorite movie. The house features a dining area off the kitchen. Our Kitchen is fully equipped for you to choose when to eat in and too eat out. The master bedroom with ensuite featuring a king bed, a Queen bedroom, and a third bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite are located on the first floor. There are two bedrooms on the second floor that share a common bathroom. One bedroom has a king bed while the other has two twin beds. This home has a private game room with billiard table and foosball table. It also has its own coveted private screened enclosed west-facing pool....Relax and enjoy life by the pool with no cares. All our homes are fully compliant with both State and County regulations for your family`s comfort and safety. All bedding and linen are provided. Each home has laundry facilities with washer and dryer for your convenience. This Villa is a private home for short term rental and not a concierge service. The home is considered Self-Catering. All bedding and linens are provided as well as the basics to get you started on a great vacation. You will need to provide food, condiments, toiletries and cleaning supplies you may require during stay. Each home is equipped with a washer and dryer for your use. Cleaning fee applies for stays of less than 7 nights. Mid-stay cleaning services are available at an extra charge. Pool heating is available for an extra charge and must be requested and paid for no later than 7 days before your arrival. NO PETS! If a particular aspect of your vacation home is important to your stay, please check with us as we want you to be 100% delighted with your choice of vacation home. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. We also have available grocery packs, and other rental items for your convenience. Simply inquire for availability and cost. While guests in our home, you`ll have free access to all resort amenities including a full-size Olympic pool, a six-person Jacuzzi, fitness center, convenience store, and a clubhouse. Shuttle service to the parks is available for a small fee (approx $8 per person), at the convenience store. Please note: the parking of RV's is prohibited in the resort.
