Disney Themed 3 Bedrooms Ensuite, 3 Baths, Sleeps 8, Pool and Privacy Windsor Getaway is a beautifully furnished 3BR/3BA townhome with a pool that is now accepting reservations, just 5 minutes from Disney World! The home is a gorgeous unit & is a spacious vacation home which can accommodate up to eight guests and is perfectly situated in the Windsor Hills resort community. Windsor Getaway will become your home away from home with sumptuous contemporary-style sofas and cable TV. The family room opens out to the deck and splash pool area with a pool fence. This is the perfect place to soak in the rays or cool off in the sparkling pool. Those vacation days will fly by so fast; you'll want to stay longer and longer each time you return! The accommodation includes a master bedroom upstairs with a king-size bed, a television, large walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom for privacy, with shower, bath, and toilet. Another spacious bedroom themed with Mickey, contains twin beds, walk-in closet, television/DVD and another en-suite bathroom. A further bedroom downstairs provides a queen-size bed, television/DVD, closet, and an adjacent bathroom with walk-in shower. Finally, the sofa in the family room can be converted to a queen-size sleeper, for any extra guests. The kitchen has been fully equipped with everything that you could need. Enjoy eating in the dining area which can sit 6 as you remember the day's excitement at the parks and the many other attractions of Orlando. The townhouse is professionally managed by Mid-Florida Home Management Rentals who have a local service team to maintain the home and deal with any issues to ensure you have the perfect rental experience. If you require a specific item or service to be provided, please request this at the time of booking. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. This Villa is a private home for short term rental and is not a hotel with concierge service. The home is considered Self-Catering. All bedding and linens are provided as well as the basics to get you started on a great vacation. You will need to provide food, condiments, toiletries, and cleaning supplies you may require during your stay. Each home is equipped with a washer and dryer for your use. This home complies with all hygiene and safety regulations required by the State of Florida. This home has been inspected and licensed by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), Division of Hotels and Restaurants. All our homes are fully compliant with both State and County regulations for your family`s comfort and safety. PROVIDED WITH RENTAL: Fresh Towels/Linens Fully Equipped Kitchen Pool & Spa Washer and Dryer in home Free Cable & Wi-Fi Hair Dryers Iron and Ironing Board TVs in every bedroom, and the first floor living room. Pack-n-Play, Outdoor patio furniture Start Pack (includes) 1 small bottle of dish soap 1 small bottle of laundry detergent or 4 laundry pods (not edible) 3 kitchen trash bags 3 Dishwasher tabs 1 sponge 1 roll of paper towel 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom 1 small bar of soap per bathroom Your stay includes complimentary access to the pool and water park. You will also find an arcade room, theater room and gym area, as well as a snack/sundry shop over at the community center. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company which cleans high Touch Surfaces, Disinfected, Stocked with New TP, Paper Towel, Hand Soap, and more amenities for your Arrival Use! Bathrooms and Kitchen Surfaces Cleaned with Professional Disinfectant and all Linens and towels are Washed w/Bleach & Soap and Dried on high temperature. During Pre-Arrival Inspection Disinfectant is used again on high touch surfaces. All to be most safe environment for Your Stay! Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. We don’t expect you to clean the home upon your departure, but we do request that you perform a few minor tasks before departing to aid our cleaning teams to make the next guests stay as great as yours. We do expect that you will leave the home tidy with the furniture in the positions in which you found it. All trash is to be removed from the home. POOL HEATER: Pool heating is available for $35/day + taxes, must be for your entire stay and a minimum of 3 days. When applicable, it needs to be requested at least 7 days before the check-in date. Please note we take no responsibility if any problems occur with the pool heating system. Please note the pool heater works through a HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather at 55° F or under. FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will not be provided. TRASH DISPOSAL: Please make sure to put all waste in trash bags (13 gallons or larger) before dumping them into the trash bench located by the front door. Do not move the bench to the curb. Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the provided trash cans daily to keep a clean home. The resort doesn’t recycle. ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED where owner must send someone out to fix or repair or pay extra for cleaning. BOOKING, CHECK-IN, & CHECK-OUT: Looking for a luxurious home in a great location plus a simple convenient booking process? As our guest, we will take care of you personally from the time you inquire until your day of departure. We are not a booking agent; we personally maintain this home to guarantee your satisfaction. We guarantee to have your booking processed within 24 hours. As soon as we receive your deposit, we will immediately confirm your reservation. Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM *These times are strictly enforced. Wherever possible we will work with you to accommodate more flexible check-in/out times. Please contact us at least 48 hours prior to arrival/departure if you'd like to extend these times, so that we can accurately schedule around different times. Extra charges will apply. Self-Check-in with Smart Lock All confirmed bookings will receive a booking confirmation letter by email with booking details, check-in instructions (including door access codes, and gate procedure), and emergency numbers for after hours prior to the guest arrival. If you do not receive this, please check your spam folder, or get in contact with our office as this is essential for check in! Resort Amenities Located in Windsor Hills which is a 5-star, gated community catering to your every desire! It is the closest 5-star resort to Disney. The amenity in this resort offers tons of activities for the whole family. The clubhouse includes an Olympic sized lagoon pool, spiral water slides, hot tub, fitness center, games room, 40 seat cinema/theater (you can choose the movie), arcade, billiards, tennis, basketball courts, and volleyball courts, and even a convenience store which sells wine, beer, and hot food. Please be sure to provide us with all the drivers’ names so that they can be entered into the system and save you a hassle trying to enter the resort. To enter Windsor Hills (these rules apply to all homes located in Windsor Hills): All drivers MUST have a VALID driver’s license or a military ID (with proof of insurance on the vehicle). State IDs, voter’s card, passports, and/or a bank issued card will NOT be accepted as a driver’s license. International driver’s licenses are acceptable if current. Uber/Lyft/Taxi drivers must have a valid Windsor Hills address and a driver’s license. Pin dots are not valid addresses. All vehicles and trailers MUST have license plates and tags. The vehicle registration MUST be up-to date. Guests MUST comply with entry procedures – their driver’s license will be read into DwellingLive so that a parking pass can be issued. Guests must have their reservation paperwork with the property address ready for review. This can be on a smartphone but NOT in text message format. Only ONE vehicle is allowed through the gate at a time. Check-in through the LEFT lane at the Front Guard House. Registered Guests MUST NOT share their parking passes with their guests. If shared, they will be given daily passes. Parking rules: There is a THREE CAR MAXIMUM per Windsor Hills property address – exceptions MUST be: Approved by the General Manager of the Resort PRIOR to arrival and ENTERED INTO DwellingLive prior to arrival. THREE vehicles are allowed to be parked in the driveway provided: Parked vehicles DO NOT block sidewalks. Parked vehicles DO NOT park on the streets or on the grass. Registered guests CANNOT share parking passes with unregistered guests. If guests cannot comply with the community access rules, they will not be allowed on property. Vehicles can/will be towed at the vehicle’s owner’s expense. If the issue escalates, guests can be trespassed by the Osceola Sheriff’s Department and the property manager/owner will be notified. Other things to note. Just a friendly reminder about our extra services BEFORE our check-in time: We can provide extra services that are subject to extra charges for the items outside of the rental property...i.e., BBQ, pool heat, damages, late checkout, and early check in, insurance etc.... Please contact us and we can rent these items to you for your stay. HOUSE RULES 1) Max Occupancy can accommodate up to 8 guests (+ an Infant) 2) No parties 3) No Pets 4) No outside guest (visitors) without contacting Management 5) Driveway for 1 car / No parking permitted in the street, but there is additional parking next to and across the street from the home. 6) Only UPS & USPS can access the gate, please consider other pick-up places for packages. You must pick up your food delivery, uber or other delivery/pick-up services at the gate. 7) Please help us keep this home in tip-top condition by leaving the home as you found it. If there is anything in the home that needs our attention, please kindly let us know. If a particular aspect of your vacation home is important to your stay, please check with us as we want you to be 100% delighted with your choice of vacation home. We want to make your stay in our home a memorable experience. As this is a vacation home which is booked frequently, and items may get broken or stop working. As such, we reserve the right to change the decoration and furniture of the houses without prior notice.
