PROPERTY DESCRIPTIONPool heat is an extra $35 per night plus tax and must be requested and paid for no later than 7 days before your arrival. No smoking in the home or outside of the home.
10 minutes from the brand new waterpark, Island H2O Live! This townhouse has 3 ensuites, is beautifully decorated, has a refreshing splash pool, and a great conservation view.
Windsor Palms is a very desirable resort community and only minutes from Disney Worlds front gate. Windsor Palms features include: a guard at the gate 24/7, Olympic size heated community pool, fitness center, game room, tennis court, volley ball, internet cafe, and a 60 seat movie theater. Convenient to I-4, the new 429, shopping, golf and restaurants. Your friends and family will be impressed with the relaxed atmosphere of the community.
Enjoy your own private splash pool after a long day at the parks. Pool heat is an extra charge.
Our home is located walking distance to the community club house.
The clubhouse has games, a theater, community store and a huge outdoor pool a fitness enter and a hot tub.
Relax and enjoy the comforts of home after a long day in the Orlando area.

Kitchen / Dining area - Fully equipped kitchen with cutlery, crockery and cook ware. Dining table with seating for 5.
Master bedroom - King bed with ensuite bathroom
Downstairs 2nd Master bedroom - Queen bed with ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 3 - 2 x Twin beds with ensuite bathroom
All bedrooms have TV`s, and clock radios
Pool area - patio with table and chairs & child safety fence. This home no longer has a grill.
Check-in time: 4PM
Check-out time: 10AM
Wherever possible we will work with you to accommodate more flexible check-in/out times. However, due to limited availability and scheduling requirements, we ask that all request for early check-ins and check-outs be made at least 24 hours prior to the check-in/check-out time.
All bedding and linens are provided.
Each home is equipped with a washer and dryer.
Cleaning fee applies for all stays.
HOME MAINTENANCE:
We prioritize your well-being by ensuring a pest-free environment through regular treatments by a licensed pest control company. Additionally, the pool is meticulously maintained by a licensed pool technician on a weekly basis, guaranteeing a pristine oasis for relaxation and recreation.

This property was amazing! It was clean, organized and so easy to check in and out of. Windsor Palms is so close to Disney parks. The little convenience store located on property was awesome for us that arrived late and night and no cream for coffee the next morning! The staff in the store couldn't have been more welcoming and supportive of our coffee fix! Would definitely rent this condo again. Thank you for making our quick trip to FL so enjoyable and comfortable!

This rental was absolutely perfect for our family of 5! The location, decor, cleanliness, and functionality were all we could ever need or want. The condo was spotless and extremely welcoming. It's tucked away on an end in its own little quiet world.
It's conveniently located about 5 minutes from the Disney gates, and a short drive to Universal and Sea World. Wal-Mart is about a 3 minute drive, for any grocery or household needs. There are plenty of awesome restaurants surrounding the rental to go out for a nice meal, or just order via Door Dash and eat in.
I also cannot rave enough about the property manager! My family and I had a setback in our trip, and Todd went above and beyond to make sure that we were well taken care of and accommodations were in place.
Thank you so much for opening this home up to us! We look forward to staying again in the future!

The property is wonderful, well kept and spacious. Todd from Mid-Florida gives top notch customer service and helped us when we had questions. Love the location, great end unit, very quiet! Will be staying here in the future.

This past August was our 2nd year staying at this house and it just feels like home! Nicely decorated, comfortable, spotless. It's close to everything and central to anywhere you want to go in Florida! They even built a Walmart close-by within less than 1 year of us being here. We are definitely looking forward to staying here again.

My family of 5 loved our stay here. Close to Disney and shopping. Clean and stocked with everything you need away from home. We are bummed it’s booked for Christmas because we would’ve definitely come back.

Everything about this place exceeded my expectations! When I first walked in it looked and smelled so clean! The house is beautifully decorated and there was a small bag with some items from the owners for our stay. There were more amenities than were listed like everything for a baby/toddler. We are large tech people and the amount of outlets plus power strips was awesome to charge our electronics. The proximity to the parks was fantastic. Around 15 minutes to any Disney Park and around 30 to Universal, including parking time. The price was also wonderful and with everything definitely more than worth it! I will be passing this places info to friends and family and will definitely book when we vacation here again.

This property was fantastic! Everything you need is there! The house was very clean and very well taken care of! We went to both Disney and Universal and the townhouse was located just a short drive from both. The neighborhood was very nice, quiet and had a lot of things to do. The clubhouse offers a large pool, game room, free movies. There are tennis courts, volleyball court and basketball hoops! There were 5 of us in our party, and we never felt cramped or overcrowded. This is a very nice place to stay.

Our family stayed at this home for our Disney vacation and I must say, we were very impressed with the property. Very clean, reasonable and up to date with all the amenities of home. Any questions or concerns that we had, the management team took care of promptly. Very close to all the Disney parks in a very quiet community. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to any family plannng to stay in the area. Thanks so much to the management team.. great job!
