This spacious townhome home offers you the comforts of home away from home. Tastefully decorated, this home has televisions in every bedroom and a large screen television in the living room. On the first floor is a cozy living room for the family to gather after a long day at the parks. Large sliding glass doors open up to the outdoor space where you can enjoy a dip in the pool or lounge on the deck for some Florida sun.

Next to the living room there is a fully equipped kitchen should you decide to eat in and a dining area for you to enjoy. Also, on the first floor is a bedroom and bathroom.

Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and ensuite. A Second upstairs bedroom with two twin beds and its own ensuite is located next to the laundry area.

While enjoying your vacation, you will never be far from home with free internet access and free local, long distance and International Calls!

You won't want to leave this home away from home but if you do you will find so much to do in the Central Florida Area. Jump on I4 East and you will find Daytona Beach or Cocoa Beach and the Kennedy Space Center. Go west and you will find Gulf Coast Beaches as well as Tampa's Busch Gardens Theme Park.

There are plenty of things to do in and around Orlando! Walt Disney has 4 theme parks, 2 water parks, Downtown Disney with Cirque Du Soleil, House of Blues, Disney Quest, Movie Theatres, Splitsville Bowling and tons of restaurants, shops and live entertainment. Universal has two theme parks which house Harry Potter and much, much more. Take in Universal's City Walk for some exciting night life for all ages with fun restaurants, clubs and live entertainment or enjoy a show at the Hard Rock or see the Blue Man Group. *These times are strictly enforced. Wherever possible we will work with you to accommodate more flexible check-in/out times. Please contact us at least 48 hours prior to arrival/departure if you'd like to extend these times, so that we can accurately schedule around different times.

This Villa is a private home for short term rental and is not a hotel with concierge service. The home is considered Self-Catering. All bedding and linens are provided as well as the basics to get you started on a great vacation. You will need to provide food, condiments, toiletries and cleaning supplies you may require during stay. Each home is equipped with a washer and dryer for your use.

Cleaning fee applies for all stays. Mid-stay cleaning services are available at an extra charge. Pool heating is available for an extra $35 per night plus tax and must be requested and paid for no later than 7 days before your arrival**.

**Pool heaters have electrical/mechanical components. These components can sometimes malfunction. Mid-Florida Home Management, its Vendors, and the Homeowner cannot be held responsible for any malfunctioning heater or failure of a heater to maintain set temperature during periods of inclement weather. Please inform us as soon as possible if your pool/spa appears to be not working properly. No compensation will be given for a malfunctioning heater. Mid-Florida Home Management will do everything in its power to rectify any problems with malfunctioning equipment as quickly as possible.

If a particular aspect of your vacation home is important to your stay, please check with us as we want you to be 100% delighted with your choice of vacation home. We want to make your stay in our home a memorable experience.

Please note: the parking of RV's is prohibited in the resort.
