Welcome to the Caribbean Breeze, your private and luxurious 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Pool Home just 3 miles from Disney World. This spacious 1856 square foot furnished and tastefully decorated vacation home includes 2 Master Bedrooms with En-suite Bathrooms. One has a king bed, the other a queen bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed while the fourth bedroom has two full beds. All bedrooms have a television. The living room includes a 36” flat screen television, stereo and game station. There is also a games room for your leisure time at the house which includes a pool table, foosball and air hockey tables. Walk out the sliding doors to a large furnished deck to enjoy the built in swimming pool or simply to enjoy the outdoors. The entire deck is screen enclosed.

Caribbean Breeze is located in the gated top rated resort of Windsor Palms with its own long list of amenities that you will enjoy.

Staying at Caribbean Breeze puts you so close to the Disney parks that you could actually return for lunch and refresh with a swim or nap before returning to the parks for more fun. All other major parks, attractions and the airport are within 40 minutes. You are also located about an hour and quarter drive to either coast which gives you access to other attractions such as Busch Gardens, Cape Canaveral and beaches.

While enjoying your vacation, you will never be far from home with free internet access and free local, long distance and International Calls!

HOME MAINTENANCE: We prioritize your well-being by ensuring a pest-free environment through regular treatments by a licensed pest control company. Additionally, the pool/spa is meticulously maintained by a licensed pool technician on a weekly basis, guaranteeing a pristine oasis for relaxation and recreation.

This home complies with all hygiene and safety regulations required by the State of Florida. This home has been inspected and licensed by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), Division of Hotels and Restaurants.

Each home has laundry facilities with washer and dryer.

This Villa is a private home for short term rental and not a concierge service. The home is considered Self-Catering. All bedding and linens are provided as well as the basics to get you started on a great vacation. You will need to provide food, condiments, toiletries and cleaning supplies you may require during stay. Each home is equipped with a washer and dryer for your use.

Cleaning fee applies for all stays. Mid-stay cleaning services are available at an extrabcharge. Pool/spa heat is an extra $35 per night and must be requested and paid for no later than 7 days before your arrival.**.

**Pool heaters have electrical/mechanical components. These components can sometimes malfunction. Mid-Florida Home Management, its Vendors, and the Homeowner cannot be held responsible for any malfunctioning heater or failure of a heater to maintain set temperature during periods of inclement weather. Please inform us as soon as possible if your pool/spa appears to be not working properly. No compensation will be given for a malfunctioning heater. Mid-Florida Home Management will do everything in it power to rectify any problems with malfunctioning equipment as quickly as possible.
