PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Florida Day Dreamer is a beautifully furnished 3BR/3BA townhome with pool is now accepting reservations, just 5 minutes from Disney World! The home is a gorgeous unit & is a spacious vacation home which can accommodate up to eight guests and is perfectly situated in the Windsor Hills resort community.
Florida Day Dreamer will become your home away from home with sumptuous contemporary-style sofas, cable TV, DVD, CD player (don't forget to pack your favorite CDs!). The family room opens out to the deck and splash pool area with a pool fence and handrail for added safety (if you wish). Those vacation days will fly by so fast, you'll want to stay longer and longer each time you return!
The accommodation includes a master bedroom upstairs with a king-size bed, a television, large walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom for privacy, with shower, bath and toilet. Another spacious bedroom contains twin beds, walk-in closet, television/DVD and another en-suite bathroom. A further bedroom downstairs provides a queen-size bed, television/DVD, closet and an adjacent bathroom with walk-in shower. Finally, the sofa in the family room converts to a full-size sleeper, for any extra guests.
The kitchen has been fully equipped with everything that you could need. Enjoy eating in the dining area or at the breakfast bar as you remember the day's excitement at the parks and the many other attractions of Orlando.
**Update, we've recently added a 58" television to the living room and a 55" television in the Master bedroom. There is no longer a DVD player in the master bedroom. We are planning on adding larger televisions to the other two bedrooms in the near future.
If you require a specific item or service to be provided, please request this at the time of booking. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. There is no longer a games console in the property, however, there is a games room in the clubhouse for use of our guests.
HOME MAINTENANCE:
We prioritize your well-being by ensuring a pest-free environment through regular treatments by a licensed pest control company. Additionally, the pool/spa is meticulously maintained by a licensed pool technician on a weekly basis, guaranteeing a pristine oasis for relaxation and recreation.
Pool/spa heat is an extra $35 per night and must be requested and paid for no later than 7 days before your arrival.
All visitors must be pre-registered into DwellingLIVE.
In order to enter Windsor Hills:
All drivers MUST have a VALID driver’s license or a military ID (with proof of insurance on the vehicle). State IDs, voter’s card, passports, and/or a bank issued card will NOT be accepted as a driver’s license. International driver’s licenses are acceptable if current.
Uber/Lyft/Taxi drivers must have a valid Windsor Hills address and a driver’s license. Pin dots are not valid addresses.
All vehicles and trailers MUST have license plates and tags. The vehicle registration MUST be up-to date.
Guests MUST comply with entry procedures –their driver’s license will be read into DwellingLIVE so that a parking pass can be issued.
Guests must have their reservation paperwork with the property address ready for review. This can be on a smartphone but NOT in text message format.
Only ONE vehicle is allowed through the gate at a time.
Check in through the LEFT lane at the Front Guard House.
Homeowners MUST NOT share their owner access card with their guests. If shared, they will be confiscated.
Registered Guests MUST NOT share their parking passes with their guests. If shared, they will be given daily passes.
Parking rules:
There is a THREE CAR MAXIMUM per Windsor Hills property address – exceptions MUST be:
Approved by the General Manager PRIOR to arrival and ENTERED INTO DWELLINGLIVE prior to arrival.
THREE vehicles are allowed to be parked in the driveway provided:
Parked vehicles DO NOT block sidewalks. Parked vehicles DO NOT park on the streets or on the grass.
Registered guests CANNOT share parking passes with unregistered guests.
If guests cannot comply with the community access rules they will not be allowed on property. Vehicles can/will be towed at the vehicle’s owner’s expense. If the issue escalates, guests can be trespassed by the Osceola Sheriff’s Department and the property manager/owner will be notified.
