The home is located in a residential neighborhood called Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club and is perfect for a family or group traveling to the vacation capital of the world and visiting Disney and surrounding theme parks. The home is located in a nice residential resort community called Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club. Situated on one of Orlando’s most prestigious public golf clubs, Highlands Reserve also offers amenities and activities and discounted golf as well for guests. The best part is Disney is only 12 miles away! The main spaces of the home: - Open plan, bright area living space to enjoy togetherness time with direct access to the enclosed and private back patio, pool, and sun lounging area. - The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and ample cookware you’d need to whip up healthy meals at home for your family! Plus a dishwasher to boot! - There’s a cute kitchen table/breakfast nook that’s perfect for a morning coffee or a quick meal on the go. - There’s also a nice dining room area for a more formal sit-down meal with a table that seats 6 comfortably in a lovely well-lit room. - The private enclosed back patio area with a pool is a great place to spend a day! You’ll have cushioned loungers, an outdoor dining spot, and pretty much all you need for a fun day off from the parks! - 5 comfortably furnished bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms in the home, as such: Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed, TV, ensuite bathroom & private access to the pool area. Bedroom 2: 1 King Bed, TV Bedroom 3: 1 King Bed, TV Bedroom 4: 1 Queen Bed, TV Bedroom 5: 2 Twin Beds, TV - Washer and dryer in the home. Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club is a residential community, ideally situated for an awesome family Disney vacation being that Disney World and Epcot are located just 12 miles away. The property is just off Hwy 27. You’ll be close to Publix Grocery Plaza, Circle K gas station, a variety of restaurants, an English Pub, The Dollar Store, and CVS Pharmacy. Guest Access: You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home and private pool/patio during your stay. Also, as a guest, you’ll have access to Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club’s pool, amenities, and activities. The Neighborhood: The home is situated in a lovely residential and golf course area with no through traffic called Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club. - Centrally located near all the major theme parks and attractions in the Orlando area, just 12 miles to Disney and 25 miles to Universal Studios - Nearby a variety of restaurants for dinner or an adult night out. - Near shopping and outlet malls to get your retail therapy on! - Near loads of golf courses but the one in your area Highlands Reserve is a well-known and prestigious course, and guests get a discount. So if you’re a golfer, check it out for sure. - Amenities on site too like a clubhouse pool, children's playground, and tennis courts. Apart from that, here are some of our local restaurant recommendations: - Adler's Burgers - Rock n Brews - Sakura Asian Fusion Getting Around: The home is 32 miles (or about 35-40-minute drive) from the Orlando International Airport and is located within the Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club residential neighborhood. These are the most visited/famous places in Orlando and the nearest shopping centers: Theme Parks Disney & Epcot - 11.5 miles Universal Studios - 25 miles Seaworld Orlando - 19 miles Busch Gardens Tampa - 63 miles Shopping Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets - 17.3 miles The Mall at Millenia - 27 miles Publix at Berry Town - 1.2 miles Target - 7.2 miles CVS Pharmacy - 0.8 miles Golf Polo Park East - 1.4 miles Orange Lake Golf - 4.6 miles Other Things to Note: Wi-Fi, TV w/basic cable, parking, linens, beach & bath towels are free for guests during their stay. We provide a few essentials upon arrival: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dishwasher pod, trash bags in each trash can, and a roll of toilet paper in each full bathroom. Please note, no additional supplies will be replenished during your stay. When you run out, you'll need to purchase more. There is no daily cleaning but if you’d like to arrange for our cleaning service to come in and tidy up, the charge is $150 USD. Please let us know in advance. HOME MAINTENANCE: We prioritize your well-being by ensuring a pest-free environment through regular treatments by a licensed pest control company. Additionally, the pool/spa is meticulously maintained by a licensed pool technician on a weekly basis, guaranteeing a pristine oasis for relaxation and recreation. The pool at the home can be heated for an extra charge and there's a four-day minimum charge even if your stay is fewer than 4 days. If you'd like the pool heated, please let us know at least 48 hours before check-in as it takes time to fully heat the pool. Please note that pool heating is only available between November and February. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. A security deposit may be required before arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $150 penalty. - No parties/events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 11 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the grounds of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on the day of checking in, or during their stay for identity verification. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pets are not allowed at this property. - In the unfortunate event that an issue arises during your stay, please send us a message or contact the emergency line. We kindly ask you to allow 24 hours for any reported issue to be fixed or addressed. Interaction with Guests: This home is self-check-in property. There is no reception or anyone to greet you. You’ll receive the access codes to access the home within 24 hours before your arrival.
