Our maintenance team checks each home upon guest departure; housekeepers promptly clean and check for any
damage within 24 hours, and our inspectors conduct a final inspection before guests check in.

In addition to routine inspections, our maintenance team checks for wear and tear, as well as performs
essential upkeep on a monthly basis. All basic maintenance tasks and minor repairs, including replacing
standard light bulbs and batteries, are promptly and efficiently completed.
