New Townhome at Regal Oaks - 3 bedroom, 3 bath with 1,507 sqft of living space in the very popular vacation resort of Regal Oaks Resort and Spa that has all the comforts of home. This very well-equipped three-bedroom townhome has its own private hot-tub. The home can comfortably sleep 8 with the use of a sofa bed. This home is designed to provide accommodations for persons with limited use of hands or arms or those that require the use of mobility aids.
Regal Oaks is a gated community offering its guests free unlimited use of all these facilities - large swimming pool and spa, children’s pool slides, barbecue areas, gymnasium, tennis, clubhouse and business center - Located just off the US192 behind Old Town and all just 3 miles from the Disney main gate! This two story 3 bedroom 3 bathroom townhome is located in Regal Oaks: the perfect location for your next Orlando getaway. Situated right behind Old Town with Fun Spot right next door, entertainment abounds. Take a stroll down the brick lined street of Old Town and wander into one of the specialty shops or stop by one of the weekly Car Cruises that feature cars from many different decades. Then go next door to Fun Spot where you will find exciting rides for the thrill seekers in your family. Whether you are spending your days at the theme parks, or soaking up some sun poolside, Regal Oaks offers a Resort Experience with all the comforts of home.
This townhome features a King Master with ensuite and two additional bedrooms one with a queen bed and its own ensuite, and the third with two twin beds. Downstairs you will find a full bath / laundry room. The fully modern kitchen comes equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, and several small appliances. The living room offers a flat screen television and a comfortable sitting area. The home also features a sofa bed for the addition of 2 extra guest. Please let us know if you need extra linen for the sofa bed and it will be provided.
Air conditioning throughout. Laundry includes washer, dryer and ironing facilities. A safe is provided at no additional charge. All towels and linens provided.
HOME MAINTENANCE:
We prioritize your well-being by ensuring a pest-free environment through regular treatments by a licensed pest control company. Additionally, the pool/spa is meticulously maintained by a licensed pool technician on a weekly basis, guaranteeing a pristine oasis for relaxation and recreation.

We owned a property at regal Oaks previously. This area is an excellent area for all aspects of visiting Florida.
The amenities of this unit fit for wheelchair and handicap requirements very well.
Suggest new show heads to provide good water flow. Also cleaning of interior of the dishwasher.

We had a fantastic 10 nights stay at this property. 3 bedrooms with 3.5 baths was great for our family of 4. Plenty of space and beautifully furnished, it has everything you need for a great holiday. Regal Oaks is a beautiful resort, fantastic pool area with plenty of sun beds and great pool bar for those chill days inbetween visiting parks (we had lunch by the pool a couple of times and thoroughly enjoyed it) excellent location for a walk into Old Town. Had a issue with Racoons raiding the bins at night, make sure you put rubbish out in the morning to avoid this!

Absolutely wonderful stay. Townhouse was clean. Perfect location. All communication with Mid Florida Vacation Homes was answered promptly. Would highly recommend accommodation and the property rental company.

Beautiful villa, very spacious for getting wheelchair around on ground floor. Wet room on-suite bathroom makes it very easy to get wheelchair around although higher toilet would have been preferred. The kitchen was easy to access and allows a wheelchair to get in if needed. We had to move the sofa slightly to allow access to dinning table but still perfect space. Upstairs was lovely and spacious. The utility room is upstairs which for able bodied was fine but anyone who was disabled it would have been quite awkward. Villa access all on one level so very easy for wheelchair to get into villa. However, would have preferred disabled parking slot nearer villa. The estate the villa is in secure and really tidy. Didn't used the club house so can't comment. The villa location was excellent only a couple of minutes from the main road 192 and only 10mins from Interstate 4 and Disney complex, perfect. Target, Publix and Walmart's shopping only a few minutes down on 192. Would certainly book again in the future.

Very nice property. Superb for anyone in a wheelchair the downstairs bedroom/ bathroom very spacious. Also room under work surfaces for wheelchair . Down side washer/dryer are situated upstairs therefore I couldn’t use them had to rely on my son and husband to sort the laundry. Would have preferred to do it myself. Owner would do well to replace the safe as this isn’t working at the moment and appears old ,newer one would be good. Would have preferred not to have had to carry all our money travel documents passports etc with us for two weeks.
Easy walk to Old Town and restaurants on 192. Recommend booking with mid Florida vacation homes. Very good communication and answered any questions promptly.Overall would we book again YES most certainly.

Very happy to have chosen this home! Super comfortable, space is more than enough and so convenient to be that close to disney’s Entrance. Our whole stay was very nice, we enjoyed staying in this nice home and would definitely book it in the future!
