The living room offers a flat screen television and a comfortable sitting area. Wherever possible we will work with you to accommodate more flexible check-in/out times. Please contact us at least 48-hours prior to arrival/departure if you would like to extend these times, so that we can accurately schedule around different times. The availability of an early arrival or late check out cannot be guaranteed and is dependent on bookings and availability of cleaning staff. This Villa is a private home for short term rental and not a concierge service. The home is considered Self-Catering. All bedding and linens are provided as well as some basics to get you started on a great vacation. You will need to provide food, condiments, toiletries, and cleaning supplies you may require during stay. Cleaning fee applies for all stays. Mid-stay cleaning services are available at an extra charge. Please note. Some of our homes may be furnished with a gas BBQ grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills it is the guest responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the home is not equipped with a grill a sanitized grill can be rented and delivered to the home. Grill rentals start at $75, we can also supply mobility, baby equipment, and many other items you may need; Simply inquire for pricing and availability.
