Pool heat is an extra $35 per night plus tax and must be requested and paid for no later than 7-days before your arrival. Last minute requests will incur additional fees to accommodate the request. Check-in time: 4PM Check-out time: 10AM Wherever possible we will work with you to accommodate more flexible check-in/out times. However, due to limited availability and scheduling requirements, we ask that all request for early check-ins and check-outs be made at least 24 hours prior to the check-in/check-out time. All bedding and linens are provided. Each home is equipped with a washer and dryer. Cleaning fee applies on all stays. HOME MAINTENANCE: We prioritize your well-being by ensuring a pest-free environment through regular treatments by a licensed pest control company. Additionally, the pool is meticulously maintained by a licensed pool technician on a weekly basis, guaranteeing a pristine oasis for relaxation and recreation. This home complies with all hygiene and safety regulations required by the State of Florida. This home has been inspected and licensed by the Department of Business and Professional Regulations (DBPR), Division of Hotels and Restaurants. All of our homes are fully compliant with both State and County regulations for your family’s comfort and safety. Our home is located walking distance to the community club house. The clubhouse has games, a theater, community store and a huge outdoor pool a fitness enter and a hot tub. Windsor Palms is a very desirable resort community and only minutes from Disney Worlds front gate. Windsor Palms features include: a guard at the gate 24/7, Olympic size heated community pool, fitness center, game room, tennis court, volleyball, internet cafe, and a 60-seat movie theater. Convenient to I-4, the new 429, shopping, golf, and restaurants. Your friends and family will be impressed with the relaxed atmosphere of the community. Please note: the parking of RV's or trailers is prohibited in the resort. It is required by the resort that we identify all drivers and vehicles entering the resort and have them listed for Gate access. Please be prepared to provide the names and tag numbers of all vehicles so that we can load this information into the software before your arrival. FAILURE TO DO THIS MAY RESULT IN NO ACCESS TO THE RESORT and a delay in accessing your vacation home. Do you want a grill, need a pack and play/highchair, or any other item to make your stay better?
