Penalties for violating our policy will apply.** Welcome to our Luxurious and Extremely sophisticated property that we call the Champions Retreat. This home is tastefully decorated and has everything you need to make memories while on the perfect family vacation. With this 6-bedroom 5-bathroom home, there is enough room for a large family or friends’ group. This sophisticated villa, features an open floor plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a Games room, and a private swimming pool and spa, making it the perfect home for a Florida vacation with the major theme parks just minutes away! It is in the world-famous Champions Gate Golf Course Community in Kissimmee/Davenport Florida, and it’s about a 20-minute drive to Walt Disney World! This sunlit home offers 1-sofa and 2-love seats in the main living area for some relaxation time to plan the day's adventure and an 8-seat dining table as well as a 4-seat breakfast bar in the kitchen for a Sunday family dinner or a midnight snack. Sleeping up to 15 people, our home provides bedrooms across two floors with one King and one Queen bedroom/ensuites on the bottom floor and the laundry area near the garage. On the second floor, you will find four additional bedrooms. To the front of the home, there is a bedroom themed with Cinderella with twin Double beds with a trundle under one. There is a bathroom across the hall from this bedroom. Then there is a Queen bedroom that shares a bathroom (jack and jill style) with a Bunk Room (one double and one twin bed Themed in Mickey Mouse). The upstairs master has a King bed with its own ensuite. Our home includes a loft area with a large flat-screen TV to binge-watch your favorite tv series for the whole family to relax and enjoy. All bedrooms except the kids rooms have smart TV's, so bring your Netflix, Hulu, or Disney+ signons. The house is also equipped with Spectrum High-Speed internet and Cable Television. You also have your very own private swimming pool and spillover spa right outside your patio doors where you can enjoy the Florida sunshine. Pool Depths of 3-5 ft / Spa Depths of 3 ft / Pool facing South. Pool Heat is optional and is an extra $35 per night and must be requested and paid for no later than 7 days before your arrival. After the long days at the theme parks are over, this home offers a private swimming pool and spillover spa to unwind and cool off from Florida's sunshine. The home is considered Self-Catering. All bedding and linens are provided as well as the basics to get you started on a great vacation. You will need to provide food, condiments, toiletries, and cleaning supplies you may require during stay. Each home is equipped with a washer and dryer for your use. This home complies with all hygiene and safety regulations required by the State of Florida. This home has been inspected and licensed by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), Division of Hotels and Restaurants. All our homes are fully compliant with both State and County regulations for your family`s comfort and safety. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company which cleans high Touch Surfaces, Disinfected, Stocked with New TP, Paper Towel, Hand Soap, and more amenities for your Arrival Use! Bathrooms and Kitchen Surfaces Cleaned with Professional Disinfectant and all Linens and towels are Washed w/Bleach & Soap and Dried on high temperature. During Pre-Arrival Inspection Disinfectant are used again on high touch surfaces. All to be most safe environment for Your Stay! Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. POOL HEATER: Pool/Spa heat available for $35/day + taxes, must be for your entire stay and a minimum of 3 days. When applicable, it needs to be requested at least 7 days before the check-in date. Keep in mind this is not a jacuzzi or hot tub, it is a spa with no independent temperature control, so the temperature of the pool and the spa will be the same. Please note we take no responsibility if any problems occur with the pool heating system. Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near 55F or under. FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will not be provided. TRASH DISPOSAL: Please make sure to put all waste in trash bags (13 gallons or larger) before dumping them into the trash bench located by the front door. Do not move the bench to the curb. Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the provided trash cans daily to keep a clean home. The resort doesn’t recycle. ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED where owner must send someone out to fix or repair or pay extra for cleaning. Self-Check-in with Smart Lock All confirmed bookings will receive a booking confirmation letter by email with booking details, check in instructions (including door access codes, and gate procedure), and emergency numbers for after hours prior to the guest arrival. Guest access: Being guests of The Retreat at Champions Gate, you can also enjoy the 20,000 sq. ft. Oasis clubhouse, a stunning and world-class resort. It features a huge pool with water slides, lazy river, splash park, state-of-the-art fitness center, tiki bar and movie theater along with playground and volleyball courts. The luxurious cabanas are air-conditioned and are perfect for spending the entire day at the pool and clubhouse. At the Oasis Clubhouse, you can also dine at The Grille, either poolside or inside the air-conditioned restaurant. If you are just lounging on the poolside and have a desire for refreshments, simply raise your lounger flag and an attendant will take your order and deliver your favorite food and beverages while you soak in the sun. you deserve being pampered, while little ones are having the time of their lives playing in an organized resort activities overseen by trained chaperones.
