All bedrooms have televisions. Downstairs you will find a full bath and laundry area. The fully modern kitchen comes equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, and several small appliances. The living room offers a flat screen television and a comfortable sitting area. All our homes are fully compliant with both State and County regulations for your family`s comfort and safety. Check-In Time: 4.00PM Check-Out Time: 10.00AM **These times are strictly enforced. Wherever possible we will work with you to accommodate more flexible check-in/out times. Please contact us at least 48 hours prior to arrival/departure if you’d like to extend these times, so that we can accurately schedule around different times. The availability of an early arrival or late check-out cannot be guaranteed and is dependent on bookings and availability of cleaning staff. This Villa is a private home for short term rental and not a concierge service. The home is considered Self-Catering. All bedding and linens are provided as well as the basics to get you started on a great vacation. You will need to provide food, condiments, toiletries, and cleaning supplies you may require during your stay. Cleaning fee applies for stays regardless of length. Mid-stay cleaning services are available at an extra charge. Please note. Some of our homes may be furnished with a gas BBQ grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills it is the guest’s responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the home is not equipped with a grill a sanitized grill can be rented and delivered to the home. Grill rentals start at $65, we can also supply mobility, baby equipment, and many other items you may need; Simply inquire for pricing and availability.
