This is a Luxurious 6-bedroom 4 ½ bathroom pool home in the very popular community of Windsor at Westside and has all the comforts of home. This very well-equipped six-bedroom villa with a south facing pool deck and a very good amount of privacy sits on the five-star resort of Windsor at Westside. Windsor at Westside is a gated community offering its guests free unlimited use of all these facilities - large zero entry swimming pool and spa, a Lazy River, children’s pool and playground, fitness center, volleyball courts and multi-purpose sports courts, a sundry shop located inside the clubhouse, and video arcade – Located just off the US192 and all just 5 miles from the Disney main gate!

We hope you will agree we have finished this home to our own high standards with professional decorating. We have included some of what we think are the must have’s in a home including the highest quality furniture, mattresses, and decorations. We use only high-quality sheets and comforters on all beds.

Gathering Room - This spacious home accommodates up to twelve guests comfortably. With an open floor plan, this home features a large living area with plenty of seating on the very comfortable furniture and is a great place to gather together and watch a favorite movie on the 60” HD LCD TV.

Dining & Kitchen - The house features a dining area off the kitchen which will accommodate 8 while 4 can sit at the kitchen bar. Our Kitchen is fully equipped for you to choose when to eat in and too eat out. Should you choose to dine in, the kitchen is stocked with pots/pans, kitchen utensils, dinnerware, glasses, four slice toaster, electric kettle, and a blender to make your favorite drink to consume while relaxing by the pool.

Bedrooms - Bedroom suite 1, a king bed with ensuite is located on the 1st floor. Bedroom suite 2, a second king bed with ensuite, and is located on the 2nd floor. Also, upstairs there are 4-bedrooms with queen beds. These bedrooms share 2 bathrooms. There is a ½ bathroom on the first floor near the games room. Both King bedrooms have a 55” HD LCD TV’s while the Queen bedrooms each have 43” HD LCD TV’s.

Loft - The family lounge is on the second floor of the villa and has a large section sofa that breaks out into a sleeper, and a second 60” HD LCD TV with Play Station.

Outdoor Living - The stunning and coveted enclosed south facing pool deck with a good amount of privacy has its own private pool, a covered outdoor dining area with seating for six people, there is plenty of space for all the family to relax in the beautiful Florida sun. Note that the pool is not normally heated but is available for an additional cost of $35/day with a 3-day minimum and must be purchased 7 days in advance to ensure the pool is heated to the set temperature upon your arrival.

Entertainment - The games room is equipped with a pool table, dart board, and table football. Perfect for the whole family to enjoy. You can also enjoy at no additional charge our lighting fast 75 MBPS Wi-Fi throughout the home.

Safety and baby gear – The home is equipped with a baby gate for the stairs, fire extinguishers on both floors, a pool safety fence, a pack-n-play, highchair, and a single umbrella stroller. The home does also have a toddler’s bed for use.

*These times are strictly enforced. Wherever possible we will work with you to accommodate more flexible check-in/out times. Please contact at least 48 hours prior to arrival/departure if you'd like to extend these times, so that we can accurately schedule around different times.

This Villa is a private home for short term rental and not a concierge service. The home is considered Self-Catering. All bedding and linens are provided as well as the basics to get you started on a great vacation. We will provide a starter kit which includes 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towel, 3 trash bags, 1 bar of soap per bathroom, 1 small bottle of dish soap, 1 small bottle of laundry soap, 3 dishwasher tablets, and a sponge. You will need to provide food, condiments, toiletries and cleaning supplies you may require during stay. Each home is equipped with a washer and dryer, broom, mop, mop bucket, dustpan, iron and ironing board for your use.

Cleaning fee applies for stays of less than 7 nights. Mid-stay cleaning services are available at an extra charge. Pool heating is available $35 per night plus tax and must be requested and paid for no later than 7 days before your arrival**.

If a particular aspect of your vacation home is important to your stay, please check with us as we want you to be 100% delighted with your choice of vacation home. We want to make your stay in our home a memorable experience. Please do not assume any amenity is in the home and ask if you are looking for anything in particular.

Please note: the parking of RV's is prohibited in the resort.
