About This Space
Located near the famous Walt Disney World parks, at the gated Providence Golf & Country Club, this 5-bedroom home can host up to 10 guests at a time. Guests will have access to the resort clubhouse, outdoor pool with slides, tennis courts, playground, and more! Free parking, on-site washer and dryer, and high-speed internet service is included.
Free pool heat if you stay between September 1st, 2023 through March 31st, 2024. (Offer not applicable to Airbnb reservations.)

Guest access
Parking:
• Guests will enter the community via a locked gate monitored by a security guard. All drivers MUST have a VALID driver’s license or Military ID (with proof of insurance on the vehicle).
• Registered guests CANNOT share parking passes with unregistered guests.
• Up to 2 vehicles can park in the driveway, parked vehicles CANNOT block sidewalks.
• Street parking is not permitted. Vehicles parked in the street will be towed at owner’s expense.
Property Access:
• Guests have full/private access to the unit.
*** AMENITY CHARGE: Starting May 1st, an amenity charge will apply at a rate of $10 per person per day or $40 per person per week. This fee grants access to our exclusive amenities, ensuring every guest can fully enjoy their stay.
Clubhouse Access:
• Guests will have access to the clubhouse, community pool, children’s playground, communal pool, and much more!
NOTE: Providence HOA permits Clubhouse pool access to a maximum number of 8 guests per home and amenity times are restricted to normal business hours.
Other Things to Note:
• There is basic cookware available in the house.
We supply a starter pack that provides you with the initial supply of dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and laundry soap. You will need to provide food, condiments, toiletries, and any cleaning supplies you may require during your stay.
• Minimum age of primary renter 25; Max guests: 10; No events or parties. No pets.
• Only UPS and USPS can access the gate, please consider other pick-up places for packages. You must pick up your food delivery, uber or other delivery/pick-up services at the gate

Self-Check-in with Smart Lock.
All confirmed bookings will receive a booking confirmation letter by email with booking details, check-in instructions (including door access codes, and gate procedure), and emergency numbers for after hours prior to the guest arrival. Per Florida law, guests are required to complete registration documents, as you would for any standard lodging situation. If you do not receive this, please check your spam folder, or get in contact with our office as this is essential for check in!
POOL HEATER:
Pool heat available for $35/day + taxes, must be for your entire stay and a minimum of 3 days. When applicable, it needs to be requested at least 7 days before the check-in date. Please note we take no responsibility if any problems occur with the pool heating system. Please note the pool heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near 55F or under.
HOME MAINTENANCE:
We prioritize your well-being by ensuring a pest-free environment through regular treatments by a licensed pest control company. Additionally, the pool is meticulously maintained by a licensed pool technician on a weekly basis, guaranteeing a pristine oasis for relaxation and recreation.
This home complies with all hygiene and safety regulations required by the State of Florida. This home has been inspected and licensed by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), Division of Hotels and Restaurants.
Our Villa is a private home for short term rental and not a concierge service. The home is considered Self-Catering. All bedding and linens are provided as well as the basics to get you started on a great vacation. We will provide a starter kit to get you started, but you will need to purchase items for the duration of your stay.

Wherever possible we will work with you to accommodate more flexible check-in/out times; however, we need at least 24-hours advanced notice to be able to ensure that it is available. Due to potential scheduling conflicts, we cannot guarantee the home will be available. Extra charge may apply.
