Villa Description

Sitting on the Windsor at Westside Resort, situated off the US192, is this beautiful, modern six bedroom villa. A short drive to the Disney theme parks, with plenty of resort facilities to enjoy and a good-sized pool deck makes this villa a perfect choice for the whole family.

Living Accommodation - Near the front of the villa to the right hand side is the open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar and seating for four people. Adjacent is the family dining area with seating for six people. At the back of the villa is the family lounge with a sofa and loveseat, patio doors to the pool deck and a flat-screen TV. Upstairs is a second family lounge area with two sofas and a flat-screen TV.

Bedrooms - The Master bedroom is to the right of the kitchen and has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a single door to the pool deck. Bedroom 2 is to the right on the landing upstairs and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is to the left on the landing, behind the upstairs lounge and has two twin-size beds. Bedroom 4 is next to bedroom 3 and is a Frozen themed bedroom also has two twin-sized beds. Bedroom 5 is in the middle of the landing with twin beds. Bedroom 6 is next to bedroom 5 and is a Cars themed bedroom with two twin-sized beds.

Outdoor Living - The pool deck with private pool and spa, has a covered, outdoor dining table which seats six people. The fence behind means you have no rear overlooking neighbors. Sit back here and relax in the beautiful Florida sunshine.

Entertainment - The games room is located to the left of the kitchen and is equipped with a pool table and air hockey.

*These times are strictly enforced. Wherever possible we will work with you to accommodate more flexible check-in/out times. Please contact at least 48 hours prior to
arrival/departure if you'd like to extend these times, so that we can accurately schedule around different times.

This Villa is a private home for short term rental and not a concierge service. All bedding and linens are provided as well as the basics to get you started on a great vacation. Each home is equipped with a washer and dryer for your use.

Cleaning fee applies for stays of less than 7 nights. Mid-stay cleaning services are available at an extra charge. Pool heating is available for an extra charge**. NO PETS!

**Pool heaters have electrical/mechanical components. These components can sometimes malfunction. Mid-Florida Home Management, its Vendors, and the Homeowner cannot be held responsible for any malfunctioning heater or failure of a heater to maintain set temperature during periods of inclement weather. Please inform us as soon as possible if your pool/spa appears to be not working properly. No compensation will be given for a malfunctioning heater. Mid-Florida Home Management will do everything in it power to rectify any problems with malfunctioning equipment as quickly as possible.

Please note: the parking of RV's is prohibited in the resort.
