This modern two story, 5 bedroom/ 4 bathroom home is everything you dream of for a memorable getaway. The home has three master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and 2 additional children's bedrooms - joined by a jack and jill bathroom . One queen en suite is downstairs, with two king en suites upstairs. Two children's bedrooms are upstairs - both rooms have two twin beds in them. Splashes of color and coordinated decorative touches bring this home to vibrant life, providing the perfect vacation haven for your family. A larger, multi-generational family will appreciate the diverse sleeping arrangements and fabulous open spaces inside and out. This home has a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with an icemaker, microwave oven, waste disposal unit - and all crockery and cutlery are included. The dining room table offers plush seating for six, with two additional bar stools at the kitchen island, and even more seating (for eight) on your deck.


Enhancing your dream vacation is only beyond the patio door. Stepping outside, onto a large pool deck you can enjoy a day of sun. Two sun loungers along with table and chairs allow you to enjoy a beautiful Florida sunset or a wonderful alfresco dining experience. What better way to relax and enjoy your time in Florida?


*Airbnb guests, please be advised that your cleaning fee INCLUDES coverage for accidental damage of up to $500 during your stay. You will be required to complete and sign an "Accidental Damage Waiver" prior to your arrival - including a valid credit card number to be kept on file until your departure. There will be NO charges to this credit card unless damages above $500 are attributed to your stay. Additionally, per Florida law, guests are required to complete registration documents, as you would for any standard lodging situation. Please note - as is standard in the vacation home rental industry, pool heating is an additional $35 per night plus tax and must be requested and paid for no later than 7 days before your arrival. Please inquire about this add-on if the option is of interest.


HOME MAINTENANCE:
We prioritize your well-being by ensuring a pest-free environment through regular treatments by a licensed pest control company. Additionally, the pool is meticulously maintained by a licensed pool technician on a weekly basis, guaranteeing a pristine oasis for relaxation and recreation.


*** AMENITY CHARGE: Starting May 1st, an amenity charge will apply at a rate of $10 per person per day or $40 per person per week. This fee grants access to our exclusive amenities, ensuring every guest can fully enjoy their stay.


Important note about using the resort amenities:
In reference to the use of the community pool, tennis courts, and fitness center, the guest will have to go to the building next to the golf clubhouse where they will check in with the HOA to get a key FOB. There is a refundable $20 deposit required which they get back upon returning the FOB. They will be able to access the pool with the Key FOB with up to a maximum of 6 guests.
