This two-story 4-bedroom 3-bathroom townhome is located in Regal Oaks: the perfect location for your next Orlando getaway. Situated right behind Old Town with Fun Spot right next door, entertainment abounds. Take a stroll down the brick lined street of Old Town and wander into one of the specialty shops or stop by one of the weekly Car Cruises that feature cars from many different decades. Then go next door to Fun Spot where you will find exciting rides for the thrill seekers in your family. Whether you are spending your days at the theme parks, or soaking up some sun poolside, Regal Oaks offers a Resort Experience with all the comforts of home.

This townhome features a King Master with ensuite and two additional upstairs bedrooms one with a queen bed and its own ensuite, and the third with two twin beds. Downstairs you will find a fourth bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath, and laundry laundry area. The fully modern kitchen comes equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, and several small appliances. The living room offers a flat screen television and a comfortable sitting area. For the kids, the home is equipped with a step stool, a pack and play, a safety gate for the stairs, and a booster seat for the dining room table.

There is a screen lanai just outside the living room with its own private hot tub overlooking a beautiful conservation view.

Air conditioning throughout. Laundry includes washer, dryer, and ironing facilities. All towels and linens provided. Cleaning fee applies on all stays. Mid-stay cleaning services are available at an extra charge. NO PETS!

We prioritize your well-being by ensuring a pest-free environment through regular treatments by a licensed pest control company. Additionally, the pool/spa is meticulously maintained by a licensed pool technician on a weekly basis, guaranteeing a pristine oasis for relaxation and recreation.

This Townhome is a private home for short term rental and not a concierge service. The home is considered Self-Catering. All bedding and linens are provided as well as the basics to get you started on a great vacation. You will need to provide food, condiments, toiletries, and cleaning supplies you may require during stay. Each home is equipped with a washer and dryer for your use.
