All our homes go thru a rigorous Enhanced clean per the CDC guidelines to ensure your well-being. Our properties are thoroughly cleaned by a professional cleaning company and independently inspected before a guests check-in. Located in Lucaya Village Resort which is just 3 miles to Walt Disney World in Orlando Florida. This beautiful townhome features 3-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, and sleeps up to 8 people. This is your home away from home with your own private living area and a fully equipped kitchen, this home is perfect for your family to relax together and enjoy each other's company. This is a great home to provide you with more fun and relaxation after a long day in Walt Disney World or other Orlando attractions. This townhome features a King Master with ensuite on the first floor and two additional bedrooms upstairs, one with another King bed and the other with two double beds. All bedrooms have televisions. Upstairs you will find a full bath. The fully modern kitchen comes equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, and several small appliances. The living room offers a flat screen television and a comfortable sitting area. This rental also has its own laundry facilities with a stackable washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and linens/towels. The home is equipped with an electronic door lock and each guest is given their own unique door code that is only valid during their stay. Lucaya Village Resort is a gated community offering its guests free unlimited use of all these facilities from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm daily - large swimming pool and spa, barbecue areas (rental fee and reservations required), fitness center, kids’ playroom, basketball court, bakery, and café, micromart, pack and mail service, Computer area, and Copy and print services ($0.25/page) - Located just off the US192 and all just 3 miles from the Disney main gate! And just a short drive to Sea World, Universal Studios, outlet shopping, golf, and more… Lucaya Village is located about 30 minutes away from the Orlando International Airport, and 20 minutes away from the Amtrak station. Looking for food? There is a long list of restaurants located just nearby, some of which includes Olive Garden, Charlie's Steakhouse, Outback Steakhouse, Bonefish Grill, and Bahama Breeze. Food delivery services such as Uber Eats are also readily available. If you are looking for more than just the theme parks, there are also other activities such as shopping, hiking, fishing, horseback riding, and water sports. This home has been inspected and licensed by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), Division of Hotels and Restaurants. All our homes are fully compliant with both State and County regulations for your family`s comfort and safety. Check-In Time: 4.00PM Check-Out Time: 10.00AM **These times are strictly enforced. Wherever possible we will work with you to accommodate more flexible check-in/out times. Please contact us at least 48-hours prior to arrival/departure if you would like to extend these times, so that we can accurately schedule around different times. The availability of an early arrival or late check out cannot be guaranteed and is dependent on bookings and availability of cleaning staff. This Villa is a private home for short term rental and not a concierge service. The home is considered Self-Catering. All bedding and linens are provided as well as the basics to get you started on a great vacation. You will need to provide food, condiments, toiletries, and cleaning supplies you may require during stay. CLEANS: Cleaning fee applies on all stays. Mid-stay cleaning services are available at an extra charge. We don’t expect you to clean the home, but we do ask that you treat our home with respect, and we ask that you leave our homes in a condition FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in. TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home. Extra charges will apply if trash isn’t removed from the home. SMOKING: There is no smoking in the home. If there are signs of smoking extra charges will apply to properly clean and sterilize the home. GATHERINGS: No parties are allowed in the home. Guests are subject to immediate removal without refund from the home if a party is confirmed by management. We can get you rentals items you may need for your stay. We can supply mobility devices, baby equipment, and many other items you may need; Simply inquire for pricing and availability. Please note that due to normal wear and tear, minor changes to the décor may be found in the home. If any aspect of your vacation is vitally important to your stay, please check with us as we want to be 100% delighted with your choice of rental home.
