About this space Located near the Disney parks, at Windsor Palms Resort, this 4-bedroom home can host up to 8 guests at a time. It features a large private patio with a private swimming pool. There is also an outdoor dining area, perfect for a family dinner after a day at the park! The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, dishes, and cutlery. Guests will have access to the resort clubhouse, resort pool, playground, and all resort ammenities. Free parking at the home, on-site washer and dryer, and high-speed internet service is included! Clubhouse Access: • Guests will enter the community through a locked gate monitored by a security guard 24/7. • Guests will have access to the clubhouse, resort pool, playground, and all resort ammenities. Other things to note • There is basic cookware available in the house. • We supply a starter pack that includes small bottle of dish soap, laundry pods, 3 trash bags, a sponge. We also supply 1 paper towel roll, and 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom. You will need to provide food, condiments, toiletries, and any cleaning supplies you may require during your stay. • Minimum age of primary renter 25; Max guests: 8; No events or parties. No pets. Additional Services: • It is an additional fee of $35/day per service. We’re happy to rent and deliver: (prices vary by vendor supply and dates requested) • a full BBQ with propane tank upon request. • a "Pack 'N Play Crib". • a Highchair. This home complies with all hygiene and safety regulations required by the State of Florida. This home has been inspected and licensed by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), Division of Hotels and Restaurants.
