Welcome to our Luxurious and Extremely sophisticated property that we call Cabot Cliff Memories. This home is tastefully decorated and has everything you need to make memories while on the perfect family vacation. With this 5-bedroom 5-bathroom home, there is enough room for a large family or friends’ group. This sophisticated villa, features an open floor plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private swimming pool and spa, making it the perfect home for a Florida vacation with the major theme parks just minutes away! It is in the world-famous Champions Gate Golf Course Community in Kissimmee/Davenport Florida, and it’s about a 20-minute drive to Walt Disney World! This sunlit home offers a large sectional in the main living area for some relaxation time to plan the day's adventure and an 8-seat dining table as well as a 4-seat breakfast bar in the kitchen for a Sunday family brunch or a midnight snack. Sleeping up to 11 people, our home provides bedrooms across two floors. One King bedroom/ensuite and another bedroom, a Star Wars themed room furnished with a bunk bed that includes a full/twin, and a pull-out twin trundle with a full bathroom found right outside the bedroom, are located on the bottom floor. You will also find a laundry area near the one-car garage. On the second floor, you will find three additional bedrooms. To the front of the home there is a Lion King themed bedroom perfect for the kids, equipped with 2 twin beds. Directly next to that room you will find one Queen bedroom. There are 2 full bathrooms located right outside of both bedrooms. Lastly there is a King bedroom/ensuite located on the opposite side of the second story. All bedrooms do include a TV. Our home includes a loft area furnished with a sectional couch and a large flat-screen TV to binge-watch your favorite tv series for the whole family to relax and enjoy. The house is also equipped with Spectrum High-Speed internet and Cable Television. You have your very own private swimming pool and spillover spa right outside your patio doors where you can enjoy the Florida sunshine. Pool Depths of 3-5 ft / Spa Depths of 3 ft / Pool facing North. Pool Heat is optional and it's $35 US a day plus taxes. Patio Area with fenced-in pool, outdoor furniture set, and 2 lounge chairs. The house is professionally managed by Mid-Florida Home Management Rentals who has a local service team to maintain the home and deal with any issues to ensure you have the perfect rental experience. After the long days at the theme parks are over, this home offers a private swimming pool and spillover spa to unwind and cool off from Florida's sunshine. The home is considered Self-Catering. All bedding and linens are provided as well as the basics to get you started on a great vacation. You will need to provide food, condiments, toiletries, and cleaning supplies you may require during stay. Each home is equipped with a washer and dryer for your use. This home complies with all hygiene and safety regulations required by the State of Florida. This home has been inspected and licensed by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), Division of Hotels and Restaurants. All our homes are fully compliant with both State and County regulations for your family`s comfort and safety. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company which cleans high Touch Surfaces, Disinfected, Stocked with New TP, Paper Towel, Hand Soap, and more amenities for your Arrival Use! Bathrooms and Kitchen Surfaces Cleaned with Professional Disinfectant and all Linens and towels are Washed w/Bleach & Soap and Dried on high temperature. During Pre-Arrival Inspection Disinfectant are used again on high touch surfaces. All to be most safe environment for Your Stay! Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. POOL HEATER: Pool/Spa heat available for $35/day + taxes, must be for your entire stay and a minimum of 3 days. When applicable, it needs to be requested at least 7 days before the check-in date. Keep in mind this is not a jacuzzi or hot tub, it is a spa with no independent temperature control, so the temperature of the pool and the spa will be the same. Please note we take no responsibility if any problems occur with the pool heating system. Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near 55F or under. FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will not be provided. TRASH DISPOSAL: Please make sure to put all waste in trash bags (13 gallons or larger) before dumping them into the trash bench located by the front door. Do not move the bench to the curb. Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the provided trash cans daily to keep a clean home. The resort doesn’t recycle. ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED where owner must send someone out to fix or repair or pay extra for cleaning. Self-Check-in with Smart Lock All confirmed bookings will receive a booking confirmation letter by email with booking details, check in instructions (including door access codes, and gate procedure), and emergency numbers for after hours prior to the guest arrival. Guest access: Being guests of The Retreat at Champions Gate, you can also enjoy the 20,000 sq. ft. Oasis clubhouse, a stunning and world-class resort. It features a huge pool with water slides, lazy river, splash park, state-of-the-art fitness center, tiki bar and movie theater along with playground and volleyball courts. The luxurious cabanas are air-conditioned and are perfect for spending the entire day at the pool and clubhouse. At the Oasis Clubhouse, you can also dine at The Grille, either poolside or inside the air-conditioned restaurant.
