All guests must have their reservation information and an ID readily available for the guards at the gate. There is a 5 vehicle limit per home, there are no exceptions to this rule. Entry/parking passes will be distributed through the clubhouse. If your vehicle does not have a parking pass, it will be towed off the property. This home is tastefully decorated and has everything you need to make memories while on the perfect family vacation. With this 6-bedroom 4.5-bathroom home, there is enough room for a large family or friends’ group. This sophisticated villa, features an open floor plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private swimming pool and spa, making it the perfect home for a Florida vacation with the major theme parks just minutes away! It is in the Solterra Resort in Davenport, Florida, and it’s about a 20-minute drive to Walt Disney World! This sunlit home offers 2 sofas and a chair in the main living area for some relaxation time to plan the day's adventure and an 8-seat dining table as well as a 4-seat breakfast nook table and 4-seat bar in the kitchen for a Sunday family dinner or a midnight snack. Sleeping up to 12 people, our home provides bedrooms across two floors with a King Bedroom Ensuite on the first floor as well as a ½ bath. There is a laundry room and a games room. There are five bedrooms on the second floor. Two Queen bedrooms that share a common bathroom. At the end of the hall is a King bedroom with an ensuite. On the other side of the home, there are two Double Twin Bedrooms that share a Jack-N-Jill style bathroom. Our home includes a loft area with a Wii game system and large flat-screen TV to binge-watch your favorite tv series for the whole family to relax and enjoy. (Bring your own games) The games room has a pool table, foosball table, and air hockey table for your enjoyment. Free Wi-Fi and all 8 of the TVs in the Home have cable television and are Smart TVs so you can keep up on your favorite shows. The house is also equipped with Spectrum Cable television and internet. This property is equipped with a RING Front Door bell camera You also have your very own private swimming pool and spillover spa right outside your patio doors where you can enjoy the Florida sunshine. Pool Heat is optional and it's $35/day (please let us know 7-days before your arrival to ensure the pool is heated upon your arrival). The house is professionally managed by Mid-Florida Home Management Rentals who has a local service team to maintain the home and deal with any issues to ensure you have the perfect rental experience. After the long days at the theme parks are over, this home offers a private swimming pool and spillover spa to unwind and cool off from Florida's sunshine. Vehicles parked outside the lines of the marked space will be towed. Parking in the pool area is not to be used for overnight parking. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. POOL HEATER: Note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and will not function when temperatures are 55F or lower. 7-day notification is required to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 35/day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Mid-Florida after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay. FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will not be provided. TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the provided trash cans daily to keep a clean home. The resort doesn’t recycle. You do not need to move the trash cans as the Valet service will get it from the home. ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED where owner must send someone out to fix or repair or pay extra for cleaning. Self-Check-in with Smart Lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay. All confirmed bookings will receive a booking confirmation letter by email with booking details, check in instructions (including door access codes, and gate procedure), and emergency numbers for after hours prior to the guest arrival. All bedding and linens are provided as well as the basics to get you started on a great vacation. You will need to provide food, condiments, toiletries, and cleaning supplies you may require during stay. Each home is equipped with a washer and dryer for your use. Cleaning fee applies for stays all stays. Mid-stay cleaning services are available at an extra charge. Pool heating is available for an extra charge**.
