Welcome to Solterra Enchantment, a luxurious and sophisticated 6-bedroom, 4.5-bath vacation villa located in the gated Solterra Resort, Davenport, Florida. Designed to provide comfort, relaxation, and unforgettable memories, this spacious home can accommodate up to 12 guests with its elegant bedrooms and open-concept living areas. Perfect for families or groups of friends, this villa is just a short 20-minute drive to Walt Disney World and minutes away from other top attractions in Orlando! Reservation & Parking Information All guests must have their reservation details and ID ready upon arrival for security at the gate. Parking passes will be issued through the clubhouse, and there is a strict limit of 5 vehicles per home. Vehicles without parking passes will be towed. For larger groups, a resort fee of $35 will be applied for up to 13 guests, and $45 for 14 or more guests. Living Area: This bright and sunlit home features an open-plan living room with two comfortable sofas and an additional chair. It’s the perfect space to relax after a day of exploring, watch your favorite shows on the large Smart TV, or plan the next day's adventure. Kitchen & Dining: The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare family meals, from a quick breakfast to a Sunday dinner. It offers seating for 8 at the dining table, 4 at the breakfast nook, and 4 more at the kitchen bar—perfect for enjoying meals together or quick snacks throughout the day. Private Pool & Spa Step out onto your private screened-in patio, where you’ll find a beautiful swimming pool and spillover spa, perfect for cooling off in the Florida sunshine. Optional pool heating is available for $35/day (please request 7 days prior to arrival). Enjoy lounging on the outdoor furniture or dining al fresco by the pool. Game Room: Bring out your competitive spirit in the fully equipped game room, featuring a pool table, foosball table, and air hockey. It’s the ideal space for family fun and entertainment. Loft Area: The upstairs loft is another great spot for relaxing, featuring a large flat-screen TV and a Wii game system (bring your own games). Gather the family for movie nights or friendly video game competitions. Laundry & Essentials: The home is equipped with a laundry room, including a washer, dryer, ironing board, and basic starter pack (soap, trash bags, paper towels, etc.). Fresh towels, linens, and hair dryers are also provided for your convenience. Bedrooms * First Floor: A king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom provides comfort and privacy for guests. * Second Floor: Features another king bedroom with an ensuite, two queen bedrooms sharing a common bathroom, and two twin bedrooms (with 4 beds total) that share a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom. All rooms are thoughtfully decorated with plush bedding and Smart TVs. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees. * Pool Heating: Optional pool heating is available for $35/day. 7-day notice is required. * Resort Fees: $35 for up to 13 guests; $45 for 14 guests or more. Nearby Attractions: Located just 20 minutes from the magical gates of Walt Disney World and 12 miles from Universal Studios and SeaWorld, this villa is the perfect base for your Orlando adventure. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy ChampionsGate Golf Course, just 3 miles away, offering two 18-hole courses designed by Greg Norman. Shopping is also nearby, with Orlando Premium Outlets only 22 miles away. Additional Information * Security: A Ring doorbell camera is installed for guest safety and security. * Housekeeping: No daily housekeeping service is included. Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee. * Self-Check-in: The home uses a Smart Lock system. You will receive a unique code prior to your stay, which will be reset after your departure. * Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are enforced between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. * Pool Heating: Please note that the pool heater operates through heat exchange and will not function when outdoor temperatures are below 55°F. * Trash Disposal: Please place trash in the provided bins daily. The resort offers a valet trash service. House Rules * No parties or events * No outside guests (visitors) allowed * No smoking * No pets * No loud music after 9:00 PM * Violations of house rules may result in a $300 fine and additional charges for damages or cleaning. Major violations may lead to eviction. Booking, Check-In & Check-Out Booking with us is easy and secure. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation email with all the details you need for check-in, including door access codes and parking instructions. Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. If you need flexibility with these times, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
