Located near Disney parks, at the secure Regal Palms Resort & Spa at Highlands Reserve, this 4-bedroom home can host up to 8 guests at a time. ATTENTION: Resort fees of $22.40 per night stay (includes all house occupants) will be collected at the resort check-in reception for access to the gated community and amenities! Guests will have access to the resort clubhouse, community pool, and playground. Free parking, on-site washer and dryer, and high-speed internet service is included! Second Floor: Bedroom 2: 2 Twin Beds - shared bathroom (Mickey Mouse) Bedroom 3: 2 Twin Beds - shared bathroom (Frozen) Bedroom 4: King Bed (ensuite) Guest access Parking: • Up to 2 vehicles can park in the driveway Property Access: • Guests have full/private access to the unit. Clubhouse Access: • Guests will enter the community via a locked gate monitored by a security guard. • Guests will have access to the clubhouse, community pool and playground. Other things to note • This home offers a COMPLIMENTARY pack-n-play and highchair. • There is basic cookware available in the house. • We supply a starter pack that provides you with the initial supply of dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and laundry soap. You will need to provide food, condiments, toiletries, and any cleaning supplies you may require during your stay. • Minimum age of primary renter 25; Max guests: 8; No events or parties. No pets. We’re happy to rent and deliver: (prices vary by vendor supply and dates requested) • a full BBQ with propane tank upon request. This home complies with all hygiene and safety regulations required by the State of Florida. This home has been inspected and licensed by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), Division of Hotels and Restaurants. Check in time 4:00 PM Check out time 10:00 AM Wherever possible we will work with you to accommodate more flexible check-in/out times; however, we need at least 24-hours advanced notice to be able to ensure that it is available.
