All our homes go through a rigorous Enhanced clean per the CDC guidelines to ensure your well-being. Whether you are spending your days at the theme parks, or soaking up some sun poolside, Terra Verde Resort offers a Resort Experience with all the comforts of home. The Resort gate charges a $20 fee to acquire a gate pass. Check-in at the front desk after accessing security so that you can be issued a gate pass. You will need to check in the same day or if you arrive late you will need to get the gate pass the next day. At the end of your stay, the card must be returned to the drop boxes located at the clubhouse or at the exit gate. THE SPACE This is a cozy-themed townhouse which is in the prestigious Terra Verde Resort in Kissimmee. It is a gated community with 24-hour security. HOME MAINTENANCE: We prioritize your well-being by ensuring a pest-free environment through regular treatments by a licensed pest control company. This home complies with all hygiene and safety regulations required by the State of Florida. This home has been inspected and licensed by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), Division of Hotels and Restaurants. All our homes are fully compliant with both State and County regulations for your family`s comfort and safety. Check-In Time: 4.00 PM Check-Out Time: 10.00 AM **These times are strictly enforced. Wherever possible we will work with you to accommodate more flexible check-in/out times. Please contact us at least 48 hours prior to arrival/departure if you would like to extend these times so that we can accurately schedule around different times. The availability of early arrival or late check-out cannot be guaranteed and is dependent on bookings and the availability of cleaning staff. This Townhome is a private home for short-term rental and not a concierge service. The home is considered Self-Catering. All bedding and linens are provided as well as some basics to get you started on a great vacation. You will need to provide food, condiments, toiletries, and cleaning supplies you may require during your stay. THE RESORT/GUEST ACCESS This Townhome is part of Terra Verde Resort with award-winning amenities, nestled among palm trees and tropical plants, including a heated zero-entry pool, hot tub, mini golf, basketball, sand volleyball, tennis, children's play area, ping pong, shuffleboard, lakeside hammocks, adult-only outdoor lounge, outdoor fitness equipment, cornhole, Lagoon Tiki Bar and Grill, walking trail and two stocked resort lakes (catch and release only please). HOUSEKEEPING: A cleaning fee applies for all stays. Mid-stay cleaning services are available for an additional fee. There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company that cleans Touch Surfaces, Disinfects, and Stocks with New TP, Paper Towels, Hand Soap, and more amenities for your Arrival Use! Bathrooms and Kitchen Surfaces are Cleaned with Professional Disinfectant and all Linens and towels are Washed with Bleach and soap and then dried at high temperature. During Pre-Arrival Inspection Disinfectant is used again on high-touch surfaces. All to be a most safe environment for Your Stay! We don’t expect you to clean the home upon your departure, but we do request that you perform a few minor tasks before departing to aid our cleaning teams in making the next guest's stay as great as yours. We do expect that you will leave the home tidy with the furniture in the positions in which you found it. All trash is to be removed from the home. FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, or coffee powder will not be provided. TRASH DISPOSAL: Please make sure to put all waste in trash bags (13 gallons or larger) before dumping them into the trash bench located by the front door. Do not move the bench to the curb. Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the provided trash cans daily to keep a clean home. Should you have excess trash, please take it to the conveniently located compactor located on Pompano Beach Dr which is the road across the street from the home. The resort doesn’t recycle. ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED where the owner must send someone out to fix, repair, or pay extra for cleaning. PET POLICY: Currently, we do not accept pets in our homes. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please note. Some of our homes may be furnished with a gas BBQ grill or outdoor built-in grill. If guests wish to use the grills it is the guest’s responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the home is not equipped with a grill a sanitized grill can be rented and delivered to the home. Grill rentals start at $75, We can also supply mobility, baby equipment, and many other items you may need; Simply inquire for pricing and availability.
