We can’t say enough great things about this home!! We had 4 adults in our party and stayed in May 2024. The home was perfect. The layout is excellent and functional. Everything in the home worked great and as expected. Super clean home with everything we needed. The pool area was awesome. Well kept, nice pool, refreshing water, lounge areas, al fresco dining, a grill, and a few pool toys available. Plenty of towels to go around also. Our only negative was the beds were a bit creaky and seemed like they were going to give us back problems, but they were surprisingly comfortable. We all slept very well on the beds and didn’t have any aches or pains! I’d still love to hear the beds are replaced by the time we come back ;-)
The community was quiet and pleasant. It is a bit older community which initially made us hesitant, but the home is well maintained and updated. We were very happy with the community overall and felt safe the entire time.
Management was wonderful as well. Prompt responses to a few small questions and always pleasant.
We’re already planning our next stay here!

The house was very comfortable! We loved every part of it. They even had a gas grill, so we made dinner every night. We are planning to go again next year and are hoping to stay there again! Wonderful house!!

Great location, quiet neighborhood, easy access to parks. I was sad to leave the home after 9 nights. Our family was very comfortable. The pool and privacy was wonderful!

This was a good holiday home - really well maintained and well equipped. The outdoor pool area was lovely. The kitchen units are a little dated but that is really the only negative to house. The location is great - it is not a gated complex but it is very close to everything and the house has a security system.
Renting with Mid-Florida Management was also a good experience.
Overall, was very happy.

Very nice home. Well maintained. Pool was nice but small. Plenty of dishes and cooking utensils.
We recommend this house because it is such a great deal but be sure to bring your own toiletries, paper towels, and napkins.

We stayed for three weeks in May 2017 and upon arrival found the house very clean with updated paint, flooring, and linens. There are four bedrooms and two full bathrooms and a garage available for car parking which also houses the clothes washer and dryer. The house also has two separate living and dining areas with a nice size kitchen. All appliances including the AC worked great and the kitchen was supplied with more than enough kitchen ware for preparing meals.
Although Indian Ridge Retreat is in a subdivision closest to Disney than any other areas with single family homes, it is one of the older subdivisions so we were hesitant to rent there. In the past we had rented a different house that was not well maintained and not well kept. However, we were pleasantly surprised that this house was updated and very clean. Even the lawn was lush and green with automatic watering each day. The pool was in perfect condition and well maintained. The home security system also worked perfectly. The free wi-fi and cable TV worked perfectly also. There's a large television in the living room nearest the kitchen and in the master bedroom and in the queen bed guest bedroom. The two other bedrooms with two twin size beds in each did not have televisions. The other living room with no TV did have a computer and printer in a desk area; however, we didn't use it. We used our own laptop and IPad and found the wifi to be very fast.
We booked through Mid-Florida Home Management with Chris Rice. All communication was handled through email with my questions answered very quickly. We have rented many times over the years for our Disney vacations. This was the first time we didn't have to pay a refundable damage deposit. For that reason along with their good communication and easy booking practices, we will probably try to rent through Mid-Florida Home Management in the future.
